  6. 1. You need the IBM APL system, plus 8087, 128K, as
  7.    required by the APL software.

  9.    Copy the LIFEWS__.AIO file onto your APL disk.

  11. 2. Type:  APL

  13. 3. Once in APL, type:   )IN  LIFEWS
  14.    to load the Life workspace file LIFEWS__.AIO into memory.

  16. 4. Type:   HELP
  17.    for some brief instructions.

  19. 5. To exit APL, and return to DOS, type:  )OFF

  24. The workspace file on the listing diskette was created by IBM
  25. APL and conforms to the APL Workspace Interchange convention.
  26. Follow the vendor's instructions for retrieving and using a
